Our Bespoke experience is designed to help you create a one-of-a-kind, timeless piece of jewellery from scratch, tailored entirely to you. Our team will guide you through the process, offering personalised consultations and sharing multiple design options inspired by your vision and style.

We believe in making responsible and ethically minded jewellery, working in a manner that is enlightened and intimate. Completedworks' pieces are designed to last for decades and are created by master artisans according to our mission of championing a sculptural aesthetic that - transcending both seasons and trends – aspires to be permanently relevant in a changing world.

All our gold jewellery is made from either recycled or Fairtrade gold, while a significant proportion of our silver is made from recycled or reclaimed silver.

Bespoke FAQs

How much does a Bespoke piece cost?

Bespoke costs vary depending on the materials used to create it, starting from £4000.

How long does the Bespoke process take?

The Bespoke process takes up to 12 weeks, from initial enquiry to final completion of the piece. If you require your bespoke piece sooner, please contact our team.

Can I refund my bespoke piece?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on Bespoke pieces. Once design and deposit is made, your bespoke order is sent to production. Order cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of purchase.

Do I need to pay a deposit up front?

A 30% deposit fee will be required upfront. The final fee is due upon completion of the piece.
