How do I place an order on Completedworks.com?
To make purchases on Completedworks.com and access all of our services, we recommend you create an account.
Search for an item:
Browse our collections by selecting a category from the navigation menu or use the search option.
All information is provided on the product's page, included information about sizing, composition and a description of the item. Click on a product image to see it in closer detail using the zoom. Further information on collection and product background is also provided - mainly for own edification - and can be treated as superfluous.
Place an order:
Select the applicable options such as desired size
Add the product to your Shopping Bag
Once you have finished shopping, click on the Shopping Bag
Select a shipping method and a payment method
Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details.
After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. As soon as your order has shipped, we will notify you with another email.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
As long as your order is not already with our despatch team, we should still be able to cancel it for you. Please contact our customer care team to make this request. If your order has already been processed for despatch or already been shipped, you are welcome to return your order once received as indicated in our Return Policy. Please note that all custom-made and personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned. If you are unsure please check with us whether an item is cancellable or non-cancellable before ordering.
How will I know if you received my order?
When you place an order with Completedworks, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you registered with. If you think you might have entered an incorrect email address, please contact our customer care team so they can assist you.
Do I need an account to place an order with Completedworks.com?
You don't have set up an account to place an order with us. You can check out as a guest and all confirmation, despatch and tracking updates will still be sent to you by email. If you do choose to register an account there are several benefits to this including moving through the checkout process faster, tracking your orders at your convenience and gaining access to your wish list.
How will my order be packaged?
All Completedworks creations are hand-packed by our team at our London-based studio, and delivered in an 100% recyclable Completedworks gift box.
Our jewelry is packed with a faux suede insert or plant-fiber divided pouch to prevent scratching. Our earrings posts are protected by recycled foam to ensure that they are not bent or broken during transit. We then place this box into our outer packaging with a layer of acid-free tissue paper, seal it with tape and the final touch - a shipping label.
Completedworks homeware is packed in a similar fashion. However, we use protective packaging peanuts made from plant starch that are compostable, biodegradable and dissolve safely in water, with eco-friendly bubble wrap which is recyclable.
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. As such, our entire outer packaging, including our shipping labels, are recyclable. For more detailed information about this and other ways we are doing our part for the planet, please see our Sustainability page.
How do I modify my order?
Please contact us if you would like to request any modifications to your order. As long as your order has not already been shipped or in the process of being prepared for shipment by our despatch team, we should still be able to accommodate changes. Please note this does not apply to any custom-made or personalised items - for these items, we cannot make any changes to the order specifications once production has begun.
