Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, however if you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange with 30 days of your delivery date, given your items meet the following conditions:

Be returned within 30 days of requesting your return or exchange

Be in its original, unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition

Be returned with all original tags attached
Items are only eligible for return if unworn, with the price tag attached and in original condition.
Please note that items from our Fine collection that are made-to-order or bespoke, as well as any pieces with personalisation, such as engraving, are not eligible for return. However, these items may be canceled within 7 days of the initial order being placed.
Beauty items, works of art, select home goods, and any other items designated “final sale” (or on sale and/or promotion) are not eligible for return, unless deemed faulty. Additionally, we cannot accept returns of monogrammed, personalised, or special-order items, or of items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Completedworks reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
Return Shipping Fees
Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When you request a return, we can provide a return label for you to use. However, a flat fee will be charged to cover the return shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your original payment method.

United Kingdom – £10
Europe – €15
United States – $15
Rest of world – $20
If you prefer to use your own local shipping carrier, you are welcome to do so. We recommend selecting a tracked service for added security.
How to Initiate a Return
We ask you follow the below Return instructions:

Request a Return or Exchange by emailing info@completedworks.com with your Order number, the name of the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason why the item(s) did not work out.

You will then receive Return instructions and a Returns form to fill out and attach to your return package.

Return the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Close the box and tape it securely.
Please note, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless deemed faulty. See above Return Shipping Fees.
Please send your item back in its original packaging and ensure it is packaged sufficiently and securely so that there is no damage during transit. We advise sending through a trackable service that is covered by insurance in the unlikely event of loss during transit.
International Returns
The above return policy applies to international orders, with the following adjustments:

We do not cover return shipping fees, although we can generate a label on your behalf if preferred and deduct it from the total refund. See above Return Shipping Fees.

We cannot refund duties and taxes paid to clear customs.
It is important to ship international packages using standard shipping and your country’s local shipping carrier. For added safety, please insure all packages with a tracking number.
Damaged or Defective Item
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@completedworks.com. In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to initiate the return process.
Refunds
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
Exchanges
If you have requested an exchange, it will be processed and dispatched promptly upon receipt of your returned order. We will provide you with an update and a tracking number as soon as the exchange has been shipped.
