The role

Completedworks is seeking an organised, self-motivated and hardworking Temporary Sales Assistant to support our upcoming pop-up at Nobu Hotel, London. 

This is a client-facing role within a refined luxury hotel and will play an important part in delivering a thoughtful, considered customer experience while supporting day-to-day operations during the pop-up period.

Dates & Times: 

17th February – 28th February between 10am-6pm




Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming clients into the space and delivering a warm, attentive and knowledgeable customer experience

  • Supporting all sales activity, working towards individual sales objectives and KPIs

  • Providing styling guidance and detailed product knowledge across collections

  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently through the POS system

  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with brand direction

  • Managing stock levels, replenishment and back-of-house organisation

  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures of the pop-up space

  • Supporting client appointments and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Ensuring all pieces are handled, wrapped and presented in line with luxury brand standards

  • Liaising with the wider Completedworks team to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required to support the success of the pop-up

 

What you will bring:

  • Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or a customer-facing hospitality environment

  • Strong communication skills with a calm, professional and personable manner

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting

  • Confident in delivering exceptional customer service at all times

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends throughout the pop-up period

  • Interest in sustainability, craftsmanship and the Completedworks brand

  • Passion for fashion, jewelry and how objects are experienced in person
