All orders are shipped worldwide via express courier with insurance covered. Delivery is free on all orders over $100. We accept returns for refund or exchange unless deemed faulty, bespoke, made-to-order from our Fine collection or personalised. We are currently unable to cover the cost of returns, and would advise that you ship your items using a tracked service.

We use recycled metals from refiners committed to sustainable practices, melting down existing silver and gold to create high-quality materials with a lower environmental impact.
Our recycled glass is made from scrap windows and bottles.
